She's failed what 3-4 drug tests and has never been forced to go back to jail. She gets sent to a rehab clinic that obviously isn't working b/c she's been failing her drug tests while staying there!! Whenever she gets sentenced jail time, she gets out a few days later!
What's worse, you can't really blame her either! She's pretty much made a mockery of the legal system b/c they've let her get away with all her crimes. Plus she has no real support system. Her dad's a fame whore who will throw his own children under the bus to get famous, and her mom is also a fame whore but rather than bashing Lindsay, she'll act as her "friend" rather than her mother.
T.I. broke his probation and you know what happened to him? He got sent to prison for another year! Granted his one year will probably turn to like 2 months and more probation time, but still. They didn't offer him the Betty Ford Clinic to fight his weed addiction. Let's just see what will happen to Lindsay!
